Starting the trip home

After learning the lesson about carrying your own luggage, we carried our off.  In part because it was more convenient and in part, because I was afraid of one of the many breakable acquisitions breaking.  Getting off was slow but efficient and getting back to the car and leaving Tampa was a snap.

We wanted to do something fun because we had plenty of time to get home so we went to Legoworld.  I really wish we had looked at reviews first because wow, what a dud.  We were done with the whole park in a few hours which was fine because that was all we were expecting to spend there but, jeeze.  There were a handful of rides, a water ski show that was out of commission but there was the cool section of the park where they had built these cities out of Legos.  Wash. D.C., Las Vegas, NY and most of the countries iconic cities were represented as well as a few local ones.  There was also this Star Wars section where all 6 movies had displays.  They were actually very cool, even the movies that sucked had interesting displays.  I took a selfie with a lift sized Lego Vader.  All in all, it was hardly worth the 100 pp entry fee plus 20ish for parking.

After the park we started north, got a motel and spent a few hours getting stuff organized so we were ready to hit the road the next day fresh.
